FAQs:

• Check-in is from midday. Check-out is before 10:00am, but if you book via this site then check-out is extended to 11:30am.
• Reception is open from 9:00am to 3:00pm. It is possible to check in outside these times but please always inform us in advance (at least one day prior to arrival) of your expected time of arrival.
• Please note that according to Italian law, guests must provide valid ID, such as a passport or national identification card, in order to check in at any hotel.
• Payment should be made when you check in: cash, American Express, Euro MasterCard and Visa.
• Continental buffet breakfast is included in the rates (from 8:00am – 10:00am).
• Italian, English, French and Spanish spoken.
• Small children (up to the age of 3) can stay free of charge, if they accompanied by an adult.
• Cots/cribs are available on request (gratis).
• Air conditioning is available throughout the year and is included in the room rate.
• Unfortunately pets are not allowed.
• Nearest public transport: Train: Stazione S.Pietro (15 minutes on foot). Metro: Lepanto (500 metres). Bus: Route 40 (50 metres).

Please note: From January 1st 2011, a tourist tax has been imposed for visitors to Rome. The tax is 2 Euros per person, per night; excluding guests under the age of 10 years old. The tax is not included in the rates and should be paid in cash on arrival.
